Сейчас очень легко найти новостройку для инвестирования - просто надо глянуть динамику цены и продажи. Если продажи плохие, то через месяц цена будет падать. Кто падает - того и покупаем.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
