Что мы имеем по проекту «РУСИЧ-Кантемировский»: - Вентилируемый фасад на алюминиевой подсистеме ENWALL, с облицовкой из окрашенных металокассет индивидуального изготовления и цветной бетонной плитки Экостоун/Вайт Хиллс; - Дизайнерскую отделку мест общего пользования; - Функциональные планировки квартир с мастер-спальнями в 2кк и в 3кк.
Дворы планируют сделать без машин, а по благоустройству двора-парка обещают арт-объекты, пешеходные фонтаны и другие атрибуты современного пространства на площади около 1 Га.
