Объявлены торги на знаменитый долгострой у метро Шаболовская - ЗУ "Шаболовка, 35". Там должен был находиться телевизионный комплекс телецентра на Шаболовке, но не срослось, не получилось, не фартануло. Локация хороша и для жилья и для офисов. Кто маржинальнее?…

Проект на сам долгострой был в лучших канонах капиталистического романтизма или "лужковского стиля" (1). Башенка, золото, какое-то полное недоразумение.

Торги на ЗУ "Шаболовка, 35" только объявлены, но кто-то (скорее всего, ЛСР или РГ) уже делал бумажный проект (2) в бюро umbra. Судя по их портфолио они работают только с этими девелоперами в Москве.

Ну как есть прогресс архитектурный в городе? Или кап. ром - это стильно, модно, молодежно?

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
