Довольно забавное распределение баллов для участия в конкурсе на концепцию цирка на Вернадке. Апекс набрал меньше всех, вероятно. Сенкевич не дорабатывает. Учитывая стоимость конкурса - всего 5 млн. за концепцию, для архитекторов данный конкурс чисто имиджевый…

В канале мэра Москвы появилась концепция нового цирка на Вернадке (1). Если все посмеялись над "грибными" концепциями (2), которые даже на конкурс не пустили. То победитель конкурса это что-то среднее между кайзеровским шлемом и пламбобом (да, это так называется кристаллик в Симсе).

В финале конкурса были: Маркс, Асадов, UNK, KAMEN, APEX и какой-то Мирпроект. Очевидно, что это не APEX, не KAMEN, не UNK, но кто мог родить этот "эмо-тех" в таком виде - неизвестно. Узнаем, посмеемся.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
