В проекте на Руставели у ПИК будет даже небольшое архитектурное излишество в стиле Академика Павлова. Башенка - сдвинута. Высокую архитектуру завезли, ей богу, будет тягаться с МРовскими излишествами - Д-1, башнями на Хуторской, и конечно же оттянет клиентов от шикарного Дыхания.
