Планировки Cosmopolit намекают отсутствие реновации, а значит коммерческий проект только усилит конкуренцию в районе Большого Сити. Удивительно но этот котел спроса на данный момент можно считать бездонным, учитывая что ПИК панельные дома продает 300+ тыс. руб./кв. м.
