Подписал постановление об увеличении единовременной выплаты безработным, зарегистрировавшихся самозанятыми и ИП в 70 000 и 100 000 рублей соответственно на реализацию своего бизнес-плана с 1 января 2025 года.
Ранее объем поддержки предпринимательских инициатив жителей составлял соответственно 50 000 и 70 000 рублей.

Проект реализует Кадровый центр Ленинградской области.

На фото – продукция творческой мастерской Екатерины Зарицкой из Сланцевского района. Областной кадровый центр помог ей подготовить бизнес-план и получить выплату на запуск производства композиций из натуральных материалов.

But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
