З 24-го грудня по 6-те січня тривають 12 священних ночей. Антропософи вважають, що кожна із 12-ти ночей може принести підказки (віщі сни) про кожен місяць наступного року, а також різні сфери життя.
І дійсно, у найтемніші ночі сняться найяскравіші сни. Для мене сновидіння є своєрідним спілкуванням із підсвідомим, яке допомагає зцілитися, вирішити складні питання, знайти натхнення і побачити світ під новим кутом.
В цей час добре вести щоденник сновидінь. Навіть якщо ви не вірите у метафізичні явища, то це чудова нагода краще пізнати себе та своє підсвідоме.
На жаль, вже не один рік я страждаю від безсоння, або порушень сну, у зимовий період, тому мені не завжди вдається записати і побачити сни. Сподіваюсь, цього року мені вдасться.
P. S. Треба створити окрему рубрику про сни, бо мене цікавлять різні практики сновидінь у різних культурах.
