🔸ولودیمیر زلنسکی نیز از متحدان غربی و حامیان اوکراین خواست راهبردی را که دولت او تحت عنوان «طرح پیروزی» تنظیم کرده است، قبل از پایان سال میلادی جاری تأیید کنند.

🔸این وام جدید بخشی از طرح‌های هماهنگ کشورهای گروه هفت برای استفاده از دارایی‌های مسدودشدهٔ روسیه در بانک‌های غربی جهت کمک به اوکراین است.
