С 2019 года Анна Лебедева работала в департаменте архитектуры и градостроительства администрации Вологды, с 2016 по 2018 гг. занимала пост главы отдела землепользования в департаменте имущественных отношений ведомства. Имеет большой опыт работы техником-землеустроителем.
