The ICO was scheduled to end today, and we were excited to finalize everything, transfer ownership to those who purchased properties, and move forward with handing over the keys. Everything was set for a smooth finish… Or so we thought.

But then, as we attempted to move forward and confirm the contracts with the institution, something completely unexpected happened. We were told that Australia is not yet ready for smart contracts. 😞 This was a huge blow to us. After months of preparation, planning, and anticipation, we were stopped in our tracks.

Imagine the frustration and shock we felt when we heard this. We were all ready, thinking that everything was in place for a seamless transition. The delays, the setbacks, the uncertainty. It was overwhelming. We didn’t expect this roadblock, and it was hard to digest. 😓

However, in true RealEstate.com.au spirit, we refused to let this setback stop us. 💪 We immediately started working on an alternative solution. We’re now switching to standard contracts, which will take some time, but we’re confident this will allow us to move forward and deliver all properties to you. This is a huge task, and changing every contract isn’t easy, but we are already on the path to success.

Yes, you heard it right, March 1st is the new target date for everyone to receive their properties. 📅 We understand this is a little later than expected, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. But rest assured, we are working around the clock to make this happen.
