По ее словам, защита обжалует все три решения суда, поскольку компании считают, что их вины в произошедшем нет. Катастрофы с крушением танкеров удалось бы избежать, если бы фрахтователи вовремя разгрузили суда, подчеркнула Паутова.
Она добавила, что суда по закону не могли получить свидетельства на разовый переход, поскольку они выдаются только после разгрузки.
