В мае 2017 года аферисты обманным путем продали квартиру 26-летнего мужчины без его ведома. Сам собственник квартиры сообщил, что никаких сделок купли-продажи не инициировал.
При обысках в местах жительства злоумышленников были найдены документы, которые подтверждают незаконную сделку. Также полицейские нашли деньги, происхождение которых мошенники объяснить не смогли.
Продолжается расследование о причастности их к другим преступлениям, сообщили в ГУ МВД РФ по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленобласти.
