На предварительных тягово-энергетических испытаниях 3ЭС8 подтвердил тяговые свойства, заявленные в техническом задании. Так как этот локомотив является преемником электровоза 2ЭС10 с немецким тяговым приводом, то 3ЭС8 с отечественным тяговым приводом должен реализовывать схожие технические характеристики, что и было подтверждено, несмотря на то, что 2ЭС10 мощнее 3ЭС8 на 700 кВт.

False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
