Последним стала «Северная транспортная компания» («Север-Транском»): ей 15 февраля был выдан сертификат на ввоз китайских подшипников LYC Bearing. Сертификат действует до середины февраля-2024, разрешен объем поставки в 100 тыс. единиц в соответствии с договором, подписанным в январе этого года. Назначенный срок продукции – 16 лет, ресурс - 1,6 млн км пробега.
Кассетные подшипники из Китая и Узбекистана были одобрены к применению 4 компаниям в ремонте грузовых вагонов в ноябре-2022. Первой в сентябре-2022 сертификат в Беларуси на установочную серию в 32 тыс. подшипников получила SPZ Bearings (Ахунбабаевский подшипниковый завод, Узбекистан), затем в октябре - «Новая вагоноремонтная компания» на 200 тыс. подшипников китайской LYC Bearing, в январе-2023 - «Гарант Рейл Сервис» на 200 тыс. подшипников китайской Wafangdian (ZWZ).

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
