Он попал на фронт совсем юным — в 16 лет, приписав себе два лишних года. Воевал под Смоленском, в Карелии, Польше и Венгрии. Получил три серьезных ранения, но в итоге вернулся победителем домой.
Для меня было честью общаться с ним. Выражаю родным и близким Анатолия Павловича соболезнования и скорблю вместе с ними.
