Главный прокурор антикорруцпии Молдовы Вероника Дрэгэлин заявила в эфире ProTV, что считает известную видеозапись со встречи Влада Плахотнюка и Игоря Додона с чёрным кульком доказательством, не требующим предварительной авторизации суда на специальные мероприятия.
Дрэгэлин сравнила видеозапись из офиса олигарха с видеозаписью с ДТП, записанной одним из участников дорожного движения. По её словам, изымая эту запись, прокуратура воспринимает её как доказательство само по себе, хоть съёмка судом и не была авторизирована.
Видеозапись приобщена к делу о незаконном финансировании Партии социалистов. Главным фигурантом по нему проходит экс-президент Игорь Додон.
Ну... калифорнийское правосудие должно было внести в молдавскую практику что-то новое. Главное, чтобы после смены власти ныне действующая власть не сомневалась в крепкой институциональной памяти, укоренившейся в Молдове.
