Все эти волонтеры ведут ТГ-каналы с общей численностью в миллионы читателей. Через них собственно и ведут сборы.
А ещё эти волонтеры имеют свои источники непосредственно на фронте. Которые сообщают им обстановку очень сильно отличающуюся от той, что озвучивается в ежедневных брифингах МО РФ.
И длятся этим данными со своим читателям...
Отдельным пунктом идёт оборотка волонтеров, которая по сути государством не контролируется, общий объем которой уже давно перевалил за миллиард и что самое главное - никто высоких чиновников, чья родня тусит по заграницам -й никакого воровского гешефта с этого не имеет! А так быть не должно! (За исключением Сумкого пидара - этот с кем надо поделился).
