Tushil —«щит-защитник» - четвёртый фрегат проекта 11356 длиной 125 метров и водоизмещением 3900 тонн, спроектированный российским КБ «Северное» оснащён сверхзвуковой ракетной системой «БраМос», разработанной российско-индийским совместным предприятием BrahMos Aerospace.
▪️Присоединившись к Западному флоту ВМС Индии, Tushil станет одним из самых передовых фрегатов в мире, символизируя растущие возможности ВМС и прочное оборонное партнёрство между Индией и Россией. ВМФ Индии уже эксплуатирует шесть кораблей этого класса: три фрегата класса «Талвар», построенные в Санкт-Петербурге на Балтийском заводе, и три, построенные на калининградской верфи «Янтарь».
