Такую идею озвучил адвокат МКА «Лебедева-Романова и партнеры» Тимур Харди.
По его словам, не все популярные лица имеют основания для включения в список иноагентов, поэтому роскомнадзор может составить отдельный реестр для тех, кто критикует СВО. «В него должны попадать блогеры, журналисты, артисты, музыканты, которые публично высказывались против проведения СВО, выражали симпатии Украине и недружественным странам Запада публично, а также призывали свою аудиторию к аналогичному поведению».
В качестве ограничений, которые могут распространяться на лиц, включённых в реестр, названы лишение возможности получать государственное финансирование, госнаград и выступать на официальных мероприятиях. @ruarbitr
