Генпрокуратура требует изъять в доход государства акции ПАО «Судостроительный завод «Северная верфь».
В Арбитражный суд Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области поступило сразу пять исков от заместителя генпрокурора Игоря Ткачева. Претензии ведомства касаются приватизации ленинградского завода имени Жданова (старое название «Северной верфи»), которая была проведена еще в 90-е годы.
В качестве обеспечительных мер Генеральная прокуратура запросила наложить арест акции дочек компании. В исковом заявлении ведомство требует зачислить акции АО «Эфес Северной верфи» («Эфес СВ»), АО «Машиностроение Северной верфи» («Машиностроение СВ»), АО «Инструмент-СВ», ОАО «Норд-Вест СВ» и АО «Нива-СВ» на лицевой счет Федерального агентства по управлению государственным имуществом и восстановить положение, «существовавшее до нарушения права Российской Федерации». @ruarbitr

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
