Как рассказал агентству «Танюг» адвокат Срджан Алексич, представляющий интересы подателей жалобы, после многомесячного ожидания какого-либо официального ответа от НАТО, без которого нельзя было начать процесс, был получен ответ, в котором лишь указано, что у НАТО есть иммунитет от подобной ответственности.
Как заявил Алексич, он надеется, что в октябре пройдет заседание суда, на котором он оспорит заявление НАТО.
