На протяжении почти всего 2024 года доля рынка лидера рейтинга «Самолет» падала, однако теперь вновь начала расти:
♦️в декабре 2024 года – 4,16% ♦️в январе 2025 года – 4,26% ♦️в феврале 2025 года – 4,39%
«Группа ЛСР», выбывшая из тройки в начале года, теперь не входит даже в первую пятерку.
Десятка крупнейших застройщиков строит 21,5 млн кв. м, что составляет 19,05% в общем портфеле возводимых жилых проектов в РФ.
