ВЛАДИМИР БУЗАЕВ: ЖЕРТВЫ ДЕНАЦИОНАЛИЗАЦИИ И ПРАВЛЕНИЯ КИРСИСА
Комитет Рижской думы по жилищным вопросам на заседании 21 января решил упразднить для жильцов денационализированных домов все ПРЕДУСМОТРЕННЫЕ ЗАКОНОМ виды помощи в случае, если конфликт с хозяином приводит к выселению жильца из его бывшей советской квартиры.
Сопротивляясь такому решительному поступку правой, антинародной по составу думы наш депутат, Владимир Бузаев, внес в проект решения комитета соответствующие поправки.
Инициаторы жилищного геноцида ссылались на то, что число жильцов деннацдомов неизвестно и, с учетом малого числа заявок на помощь, видимо, невелико.
По представленным нами данным оценки их численности колеблются от 1500 (министерство экономики) до 10 000 (ассоциация жильцов деннацдомов).
Мы предлагали оставить в правилах думы все предусмотренные законом виды помощи, смягчить критерии доходов для постановки в соответствующую очередь и увеличить размер самой помощи.
Комитет не поддержал эти поправки. Его решение еще подлежит утверждению на заседании думы, предположительно 29 января.
