Снизили стоимость заимствований из DM: США, UK, Австралия, Н.Зеландия и Швеция, а на развивающихся рынках “ключ” понизили Мексика, ЮАР, Колумбия, Индонезия, Перу, Чехия и Аргентина.
Что касается инфляции, то здесь следует отметить довольно заметное ухудшение конъюнктуры, в большинстве стран CPI увеличился по сравнению с октябрем, причем это тенденция характерна как для развитых, так и для развивающихся стран

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
