But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
