Der jährliche Pro-Kopf-Verbrauch von Spirituosen ging im vergangenen Jahr nach Angaben des Verbandes um 0,1 Liter bzw. knapp 2% zurück. „Fachkräftemangel, Inflation, Energiepreise, Rohstoffverteuerung sowie Bürokratie fordern die Spirituosenbranche in Deutschland“, sagte Geschäftsführerin Angelika Wiesgen-Pick.
