У них там терминальная стадия финансового капитализма (все, от домохозяйств до государства, в долгах по уши). Но у нас-то посконный капитализм (слава Богу). Поэтому и ставка работает. Представьте себе. Не удивлюсь, если завтра оставят 19%.
