Онлайн-кинотеатр «Амедиатека» вырезал из сериала «Клиент всегда мёртв» сцену на 2,5 минуты, в которой одна из героинь делает аборт, обратила внимание «Вёрстка». Вероятно, это первый случай, когда подобные эпизоды подвергаются цензуре в российских киносервисах.
В 12-й серии 3-го сезона Клэр Фишер приезжает в клинику, чтобы сделать аборт. Медсестра приглашает четырёх девушек в палату, они проходят необходимые процедуры и уходят домой, а за ними приглашают следующих четырёх пациенток. Сама операция в оригинале сериала практически не показана.
