По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Архангельской области и Ненецкому автономному округу проводится процессуальная проверка по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 293 УК РФ (халатность).
Председатель СК России Бастрыкин А.И. поручил руководителю следственного управления СК России по Архангельской области и Ненецкому автономному округу Попову А.В. возбудить уголовное дело и представить доклад.
