⚡️Губернатор Георгий Филимонов в ходе оперативного совещания сообщил, что сегодня в Вологодской области принят закон, по которому застройщикам будут предоставляться земельные участки для строительства без торгов.
При этом застройщик должен направить 10% площадей в казну области. Эти площади будут в дальнейшем использоваться для программ по расселению детей-сирот, по расселению аварийного жилья и обманутых дольщиков.
Все вопросы по выделению земельных участков программы «Земля за рубль без торгов» будут рассматриваться на инвестиционном совете.
