Отметим, что в этом году за счёт средств Дорожного фонда РФ при поддержке Губернатора Георгия Филимонова и с городским софинансированием планируется капитально отремонтировать улицу Элеваторную и часть улично-дорожной сети улицы Промышленной. Там будет восстановлено двухполосное дорожное полотно шириной 7,5 метра. Также появятся тротуары. Работы выполняет компания «Севердорстрой».
