Эксперты из «Минченко консалтинг» выпустили очередной рейтинг политической устойчивости глав регионов «Госсовет 2.0».
Причиной для ухудшения позиций главы региона стало его политическое долгожительство. Ситников у власти с 2012 года, и до конца срока его полномочий осталось всего два года. С учетом того, что новому врио губернатора нужно будет время, чтобы освоиться, получается еще меньше — около года.
При этом есть мнение, что Ситникова отправят в отставку уже этой весной после мартовских результатов. Второй срок и так был случайным, тогда решили не менять губернатора в ковидные времена. А весной сдерживающих факторов уже не будет.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
