Оказалось, что юные костромички отправились погулять после школы, дошли до обновленной площади Конституции и решили покачаться на новых качелях. Да как закачались, что не заметили наступления вечера и того факта, что их ищут родители, волонтеры и полиция.
Снегурочка искренне сочувствует родителям девочек, которым пришлось поволноваться. Но нельзя игнорировать то, насколько хорошо свежее благоустройство, раз настолько захватывает умы.
