😱 В Челябинской области появятся гигантские граффити. Их создадут в рамках фестиваля от Graffiti Russia Fest под названием «Наш mural».

Художники из разных городов России к концу сентября распишут огромными рисунками фасады 13 домов в 13 городах региона: в Челябинске, Златоусте, Миассе, Копейске, Магнитогорске, Троицке, Карабаше, Кыштыме, Южноуральске, Каслях, Катав-Ивановске, а также в населенных пунктах Агаповского и Кизильского районов.

Эскизы работ держат в тайне, а пока мы можем полюбоваться работами прошлых лет.

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
