-Док, у меня болит поясница. -Больше ничего не беспокоит? -В целом, ничего. -А не «в целом»? Еще что-то беспокоит? -Вообще еще температура 39 третий день, кашель и грудь побаливает, но это ладно. - Сейчас сделаем рентген грудной клетки. - Может, лучше МРТ поясницы? - Не, лучше рентген грудной клетки.
Так и передал пациента терапевту с пневмонией. И ведь к неврологу сначала обратился с намерением МРТ поясницы сделать.
Мораль простая и всем врачам известна со студенческой скамьи: всегда нужно уточнять жалобы.
