Комплекс займёт участок площадью больше гектара по адресу: Проезд №607, владение 21.
Площадь зданий составит 42,8 тыс. м², из которых на технопарк и бизнес-центр придётся 27,8 тыс. м², на гостиницу – 10 тыс. м², на клинику – 5 тыс. м². Проектом также предусмотрен подземный паркинг площадью 12,2 тыс. м².

Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
