Концепция строительства крупного многофункционального комплекса на Косинской улице в Москве.

Комплекс предполагается построить по программе комплексного развития территорий на месте неэффективно используемого участка.

Так, вместо размещенных на участке гаражей появятся технопарк, жилые дома с зонами отдыха и другими общественными объектами.

Данный участок на Косинской улице включен в программу КРТ, но будущие параметры застройки пока не утверждались.
