В августе 2024 года доля договоров долевого участия (ДДУ) с применением эскроу-счетов в Москве составила рекордные 97,9%! Это самый высокий показатель для августа с момента введения эскроу в 2019 году, сообщает Росреестр.

Такая динамика показывает, что эскроу-счета на сегодняшний день уже стали основным механизмом строительства в Москве.
