Проект «Первым рейсом» продолжает серию презентаций документа об освобождении и реабилитации политзаключенных и приглашает на встречу в Варшаве.
Презентацию проведет эксперт, который участвовал в разработке документа, — руководитель проекта «Поддержка политзаключенных. Мемориал» Сергей Давидис, а также юрист центра защиты прав человека «Мемориал» Тамилла Иманова.
Модераторами встречи выступят журналист, переводчик, глава «Витрины восточного дома» Петр Стшалковский, и координатор «Ковчега» в Польше Александр Менюков.
Готовый документ — это 38 страниц, на которых специалисты детально описали все юридические инструменты освобождения политзаключенных и их реабилитации. Узники совести должны быть на свободе — и эксперты нашли решение, как это осуществить.

Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
