Судно, зарегистрированное в Норвегии и принадлежащее норвежскому судовладельцу, было задержано вечером 30 января 2024 года и сопровождено в порт Тромсе (Норвегия) на основании запроса от властей Латвии, а также по постановлению норвежского окружного суда Нур-Тромс и Сенья.
