Обмен военнопленными между Россией и Украиной состоялся 18 октября по формуле "95 на 95". Из плена освобождены тюменцы Виктор Семенченко (2005 г.р.), Василий Чукреев (1997), Руслан Косарев (2003) и Никита Литвинюк (2004).
По словам уполномоченного по правам человека в РФ Олега Датских, в ближайшее время наши земляки смогут выйти на связь с родными. В настоящее время бойцы находятся на территории Белоруссии.
