Статус заместителя губернатора возвращается главе представительства Томской области при правительстве РФ (при Сергее Жвачкине одно из самых бесполезных подразделений) – сейчас его обязанности исполняет советник губернатора Николай Слепнёв.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
