Недавно, в нашем уютном чатике, один из подписчиков задался вопросом: "Когда появился минисвуш?", так как множество релизов и коллабораций на базе Air Max 1 имеют небольшой дополнительный логотип на мадгарде. Считаю, что для полноценного понимания стоит немного углубиться в историю логотипа как такового.

Знаменитый Swoosh (галка/сопля) появился в 1971-м году. Нарисовала его Кэролин Дэвидсон, студентка факультета искусств Портлендского университета, а стоила ее работа всего 35 долларов. Идея заключалась в том, чтобы создать яркий логотип, который сможет компенсировать простые силуэты разрабатываемые Nike в то время.

Самая первая модель, где был применен свуш называлась Moon Shoe. Кроссовки предназначались для участников Олимпийских игр 1972-го, каждая из 12 пар была сшита вручную одним из первых сотрудников компании — Джеффом Холлистером, а разработал их лично Фил Найт.

Публичная продажа кроссовок с логотипом началась в том же 72-м году, а моделями презентовавшими логотип широкой публике стали Cortez, Bruin и Blazer.
