⚡️ We are opening a collection to pay for Roman Paklin's defense

Friends, during the repeated psychiatric examination Roman was recognized as sane. Now the case against him has been reopened. He will be considered separately from the other defendants of the «Tyumen case».

❗️Very soon in the case of Roman Paklin will enter a new defense lawyer. We open a collection for the lawyer's work payment.

At this stage we need to collect 2 860 € for Roman's defense. This is the first payment, which will be enough for 6 months of work of the defense lawyer.

❗️We shall remind you that anti-fascist and anarchist Roman Paklin was detained on September 1, 2022 in Surgut. He as the others in the «Tyumen case» were subjected to terrible torture: he was electrocuted, strangled with water and a plastic bag, threatened with reprisals and sexualized violence. The law enforcers, having thus obtained the “necessary” testimony, charged Roman, as the other defendants, with several “terrorist” articles. Roman faced serious consequences of torture during detention - he developed mental and physical health problems. Roman was treated in a psychiatric hospital, his case was separated from other guys and he was diagnosed with schizophrenia-like disorder. Roman underwent treatment for a year, but a recent examination showed that he recovered. Now Roman is waiting for a stage in Yekaterinburg. The materials of the criminal case are transferred to the court for consideration on the merits.
