Распределение по регионам: · ДНР – 271 перевозчик, 2, 1 тыс. автобусов; · ЛНР – 262 перевозчика, 1,9 тыс. автобусов; · Запорожская область — 20 перевозчиков, 435 автобусов; · Херсонская область — 5 перевозчиков, 195 автобусов. В ведомстве отметили, случаи отсутствия лицензии у перевозчиков пока еще изредка, но встречаются. Работа по лицензированию ведется постоянно.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
