Перед этим в полицию обратились сотрудники местного соцучреждения и рассказали о том, что подозреваемая, которая является опекуном девочек 2010-го и 2011 годов рождения, часто конфликтовала с детьми и избивала их. Сотрудники подразделения по делам несовершеннолетних опросили учителей, родственников и соседей семьи, а также пообщались с несовершеннолетними и оказали им необходимую помощь.
Детей отправили в реабилитационный центр. Их жизни и здоровью ничто не угрожает. Подозреваемой грозит до трех лет лишения свободы.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
