"Глава делегации ЕС поздравил Арпине Саргсян с назначением и пожелал ей успехов, подчеркнув готовность ЕС к постоянной и полной поддержке. В. Марагос подчеркнул масштабную работу, проделанную благодаря сотрудничеству, и выразил готовность расширять сотрудничество». они говорили о позорных масштабах преступлений и распространении наркотиков в Армении.
Полиция в Армении улучшилась только в сохранении власти Пашиняна и подавлении оппозиции. Предполагается, что именно поэтому Запад поддерживает полицию.
