Сорт: Pinot Noir Цвет: бледно лососевый, мусс не устойчивый, перляж мелкий, средней продолжительности. Аромат: чистый, интенсивный, ягодно-минеральный (немного клубники и сахарной пудры, красная смородина, меловой тон) Вкус: свежий, бодрящий, хорошая кислотность, почти скрывающая высокий сахар (по верхней границе для брюта прошлись, еще чуть и в полусухое сухое можно было бы отправлять), ягоды( клубника, малина) и достаточно ощутимый сливовый шлейф, послевкусие недолгое ягодное.
Хороший аперитив, очень зайдет для любителей не совсем сухих игристых. Прекрасное дополнение к свежим салатам, антипасте, мягким сырам. Мы банку крабового мяса уничтожили под него :)
