Горожане заметили спецвагон на трамвайном кольце в Ленинском районе города. Со стороны улицы Багратиона трамвай направился к улице Дзержинского.
Отмечается, что для того, чтобы оказаться на улице Багратиона, трамваю пришлось преодолеть улицу Тенишевой. Соответственно, завершение ремонта там уже не за горами.
